Some features, especially API features, are not available in all plans. Sometimes you will need to upgrade your account to make use of a specific feature. To upgrade please login to your account as an Account Admin and follow these steps:
- Open the >>Administration<< section in the main navigation (left side of the screen)
- Switch to the >>Account & billing<< section
- Complete the billing address - this will be required to upgrade to any of the non-free levels
- In the lower section of the content area please select the plan you prefer. Details on pricing will be found by clicking on the button at the lower right. Information on the terms & conditions you will find here.
For changing to an Enterprise account, please contact our sales department. You may unleash the power of Enterprise immediately. However, we suggest talking to us before.
